Request deletion of your SoriNest account
To delete your full cloud account and associated Friends and Lounge data, email the SoriNest owner:
Request account and data deletion
Contact: sorinest.korean@hotmail.com. You can make this request without reinstalling the app. If possible, send it from your connected email and include your SoriNest nickname or friend code. We may ask for a safe way to confirm ownership. Never send a password, sign-in link, code or identity document in the initial request.
The request covers the Firebase sign-in account, profile and friend code, connections, Lounge membership and age-screen record, group requests and membership, your messages and stored voice replies, and related personal identifiers. We may remove or anonymise references needed to preserve other learners’ conversations. Copies another person saved outside SoriNest cannot be recalled.
The owner processes requests manually and aims to complete them within 30 days, confirming completion or explaining a justified delay. Limited safety, fraud-prevention or legally required records may need to be retained; we will explain relevant exceptions. A closed group or deleted Friends profile alone does not delete the full account.
Coin shop and book records
A full account-deletion request automatically includes the associated coin-shop account, remaining purchased coin balance, shop unlocks and purchase records. You do not need to make a separate request or mention the coin shop. Deleting your account removes access to its remaining purchased coins and repeat book downloads; we explain these consequences when confirming account ownership. Some limited transaction records may need to be retained for refunds, fraud prevention or legal obligations. We will explain any exception. Deleting Friends data alone does not delete your coin shop account. PDFs you saved in Files remain until you remove them yourself.
Delete only SoriNest Friends cloud data
SoriNest includes an in-app option for deleting your SoriNest Friends cloud data.
In SoriNest:
Open your profile/settings area and choose the option to delete SoriNest Friends data.
This is designed to remove the SoriNest Friends cloud profile and related Friends information associated with the app's Friends identity.
Delete locally stored learning data
Learning progress stored only on your device can be removed using Android's application-data controls or by uninstalling SoriNest.
