These Terms of Use apply when you use SoriNest.
1. Educational purpose
SoriNest provides Korean-language learning material and study tools. Learning results vary between users and SoriNest does not guarantee a particular level of language proficiency.
2. Appropriate use
You agree not to misuse SoriNest, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorised access, abuse application infrastructure, or use SoriNest to harm, harass or impersonate another person.
3. SoriNest Friends
If you use SoriNest Friends, you must also follow the SoriNest Friends Rules.
SoriNest may restrict access to Friends or other functionality where reasonably necessary to address abuse, safety, security or misuse.
4. Speaking and AI-assisted features
Pronunciation scores and automated feedback are learning aids. Automated speech systems can make mistakes and their scores should be treated as coaching rather than definitive judgments about your Korean ability.
5. Availability
SoriNest may update, modify, improve, temporarily suspend or discontinue features as the application develops.
6. Intellectual property
SoriNest software, branding, original artwork, original lesson presentation and other original SoriNest materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
7. Limitation
SoriNest is provided as a learning application. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SoriNest is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the application.
8. Changes
These Terms may be updated as SoriNest develops. The date above identifies the current version.
